• Damage Assessment: When we arrive at your home we receive written authorization from you to start the clean up process. We will evaluate each damaged area to get an idea of the scope of the restoration. Once we have an assessment, the clean up process can begin. Often we build a containment wall to block the damaged portion from the rest of your home.

• Extraction of Water: As a very important step, we must remove water quickly. When your home experiences water damage, often times excess water has found its way into the walls, flooring, lower levels, etc. of your home. We use specialized equipment to detect the presence of moisture and to extract water from your home. Some of the tools and equipment used include high power vacuums, fans, air scrubbers and de-humidifiers.

• Mold Prevention: We perform a series of microbial growth prevention measures as mold can start to colonize and spread very quickly. You will need to address any microbial growth issues immediately after the flooding event. Using antimicrobial treatments, we help prevent the spread of microbial growth in your home.

• Restore and Rebuild: Once everything has been properly cleaned and all tests for microbial growth are negative, our specialized rebuild team will work to restore your home to its original condition. Our licensed and insured general contractor will work with you directly to create the best outcome possible in your home.

FYI - Most flood and water damage emergencies are covered under your insurance policy. Many times your costs are minimal and the only out of pocket expense you incur is the deductible on your policy which can be collected by our friendly office staff.
